41st AGM - 2017
Dear STS Members,
Notice is hereby given under section 13 of the constitution that the 41st Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) will be held at 13:00 hrs on Sunday, 29th October 2017 at Global Indian International School Balestier Campus Auditorium, 51, Jalan Rajah, Auditorium, Singapore 329154
Agenda:
a) Proposed amendments in the STS Constitution – Point 9 (Arrears of Subscription, 16.2 (Election of Committee members) and 12.1 (Annual General Meeting)
b) To confirm the minutes of the 40th AGM held on 23rd July 16 at SINDA, Auditorium, 1 Beatty Road, Singapore 209943.
c) To receive/approve the Income/Expenditure Account for the year ending 31st March 2017
d) Annual Report by President.
e) To elect new President, Executive committee for 2017-19 and two honorary auditors for 2017-18.
f) Any other matters.
Members are requested to note that:
- Membership can be renewed at the AGM. Non-members are not allowed.
